The vice 3 and lte would be your easiest to find at a reasonable price, the vice 1 and 2 you might find but at a crazy price so i would go with 3 or lte

Definitely 3, it has a wide range of mattes and shimmers, in a lot of different colours. I don't know about the vice 1 but I have the vice2 and its nearly all glitters and shimmers. so definitely a better range with number 3.

I'd be careful with trying to find discontinued palettes like the Vice 1 and 2, it's hard and they're going to be absurdly expensive, in addition to sometimes used. Be careful not to get scammed if you're looking for those.

Colors-wise, I think that the Vice 3 has the best range out of all four, a good number of neutrals and brights, and they're all super easy to use.

I agree, be careful when trying to find discontinued palettes. However my absolute favourite is Vice 1. I fell in love with it and it's still my favourite palette hands down. I personally was never "wowed" by the Vice 2 and 3.

If you're new to urban decay and don't own their other palettes, get the ltd. it has best selling shades from past palettes.
