For face - Equate remover wipes. I usually get them from Wal-Mart and they come with 120 wipes for like $5.

For eyes- neutrogena eye makeup remover (I get the oil free kind)

For eyes I use the same as Alyssa or one from Avon. For the face I use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes and then use a cleanser, cetaphil or asepxia bar.

Personally, I just save up my Sephora points and use them to get whatever makeup remover Sephora has at the moment, but the best cheap one that I've found is the Burt's Bees makeup wipes. Nothing so cheap removes my makeup as well as those, though they're not my favorites by any means. They don't burn my eyes like almost everything else does, and they really get everything off, though it takes a bit of effort.

I got makeup wipes from Charlotte Russe, actually, and they're amazing. One wipe takes off all of my foundation and concealer, eyeshadows, lipstick, EVERYTHING. They're $4 for a pack of 30, if I remember correctly.

Waterproof eye makeup remover my essence. They have little essnce stands in many stores, and its super affordable. It removes any makeup (including they're real benefit makeup) and it cost me about 4 euros.

I also find Ponds and pure cotton puffs fantastic. Coconut Oil is truly fantastic but if you're not up for oils, Lumens and CVS both make great liquid removers. I'd follow with my favorite gentle cleanser and toner. :)

As someone with dry & sensitive skin... Make up removers can generally dry me out. I currently use Avocado or Jojoba Oil to remove my make up. I take off the residue with a wipe and go ahead and cleanse my face.

I use Walmart brand wipes and use Vaseline on my eyes then wipe it off with one of the wipes to remover my mascara. Both are like no more than $5 together, and the Vaseline can be used so many beauty ways.
