You can use whitening strips as in crest, Colgate etc. but your teeth does get super sensitive after you use them and they still like that for a while.
I recommend you getting a at home whitening treatment.

I love the crest whitening strips. They can make your teeth sensitive though. I usually do the ones that take a week to do but you don't wear them as long and I notice less sensitivity that way.

There are a lot of videos of lemon juice and baking soda but don't use this method it breaks down the teeth enamel your best suggestion is switching to a whitening toothpaste and whitening strips I use the crest 3D white mouthwash, toothpaste, and whitening strips that have worked really well for me but they can get pricey so if you are looking for a cheaper solution I know there are good ones by Colgate for cheaper. (: hope I helped.
