I think so, I personally love mine! It's a great way to try out new products every month and it definitely pays for itself :)

It's different for everyone every month depending on how you answer the quiz. They send skincare products, eyeliners, shadows, blushes, lipsticks and glosses, nail polishes, lotions, brushes etc. last month I received an eyeshadow, a pigment, an eye cream, a eye brush, and a lip balm.

I don't know about ipsy but I got the Walmart beauty box and its $5 I believe. I've gotten really good stuff mostly full sized.
