Can you return items that don't hace packaging and no receipt? they are new just I figured I'd likr them so I threw that all away and now I hate them if I can I'm ok with store credit I just don't want to go there and try and then get turned down.

You might at least need the packaging because that has the SKU number on it. That's how they track everything sold, returned, etc. but I'm. It entirely sure. I agree with Renay to call and ask.

I agree you might need the packaging but you do not need a receipt. If you're a beauty insider you should be fine because they can just look up your account.

If there's a bar code on the product you shouldn't need the packaging. If not, they may still be able to look up the price of the item. Without a receipt you'll get store credit.

It'll take them longer for you to do a return if you don't have text receipt or the packaging. They have to pull the sku off the shelf or look it up online if they don't have it in store. Also they may be able to find it under your bi card or credit card depending on your store. You may have to get store credit if they don't do it under those conditions quite yet. Those cards can only be used in store. Bring yor if just in case!

You guys are so lucky returning used makeup! I've lots of makeup I wish I could return but it has to be unused and in the original packaging to be returned here :/

I've returned things without packaging, but I think that I did have the receipt...I don't know if they'll let you do it if you don't have at least one. If you have a beauty insider card and used it for the purchase, they can look it up for you though :)

I just did that today and if you have an sephora account it keeps track of your purchases and you can show that to them for credit.

Because if they don't like nor have use for the product, why would they want it when they can get money back/store credit to get something that's actually worth their money? Lol. I wouldn't understand if you hoarded makeup that'll take up dust if you didn't like it.
