Agree with the spoon thing. also you could try potatoes or cucumbers and a little eye cream.

I've heard the whole spoon thing is actually damaging. It ruins the blood vessels etc. Instead, steep two green tea bags, then freeze those and use.

If you keep a rollerball eye cream in the fridge, (ELF makes a cheap one), this will help along with all the other suggestions!
