Anastasia Beverly Hills has some liquid lipsticks (which turn into this flawless matte finish once you apply them). My favourite beauty youtuber (Jaqlyn Hill) has made a video on these lipsticks. She swatches each colour of her lips and shows us. I've tried out their neon orange one and I love it. :)

Yup! It's the vivids, they're pretty good. I have two. I'll swatch. Also recommend Milani liquid lipsticks, NYX has gorgeous neons as well

If you want bold lips I know NYX is good for that. They have a lipstick line "Marcaron" (sorry if I misspelled that) has loads of unusual colors for lipsticks.

Lime crime has really nice colours if you can get over all the scandal. OCC is another personal favorite of mine with suuuper bold colours and insane pigmentation!
