I like to because I can highlight my good features, like my eyes. I like wearing brown, gold, and bronze eyeshadows because they make my blue eyes pop. I also don't have the best looking skin in the world - it's pretty blotchy and with foundation and concealer covering everything up, my face looks lovely and I feel more confident. Though, I can go out in public without wearing an ounce of makeup, it isn't totally a necessity. Though if I come to work without any makeup on, everyone asks if I'm okay or if I'm sick, haha!

I wear it because I can have a new canvas everyday and because it makes me feel more confident. I enjoy the application and concept of makeup.

I wear makeup because some days I want to look sort of pulled together(if that makes sense??). Some days I feel like oh to hell with it and just don't feel like wearing any. If I'm going somewhere important or special something comes over me and I'm like YESSS it's girly girl time.

I love wearing makeup,it's just another way of expressing myself and applying it in the morning is kind of relaxing. Wearing makeup does make me feel more confident,not because I feel I look better with it on,more because I made the effort and it generally puts me in a better mood. I like the whole 'applying war paint and conquering the world' thing.

I'll be honest, that shit makes me look good! Haha. I've got some scaring and somewhat noticeable darkness around the eyes, so I like to even that all out. I've never been one for bold makeup, but I love just enhancing what I already have. It truly makes me feel more alive and confident, I won't lie. It's not a necessity and I don't wear it everyday, but still.

To me it's no different than wearing nice clothes. You try to colour coordinate and wear things that make you look good and show off your best assets. The beauty of make up is if you don't like the look you can simply wipe it away and start again. Also I'm not sure what else I would do with all the extra time if I didn't wear it.
