Dont dye ur hairs it can damage it more. u must start hot oil massage twice a week. Use good shampoo and conditioner and have patience :)

It's damaged so you could go to a salon to get a deep condition. They work wonders and you will notice a huge improvement. After that you can use a leave-in conditioner spay daily to keep your hair healthy and prevent damage.

That's true about the cold water. A blast of cold water at the end of your shower will seal your cuticles and make your hair appear shinier. But a longer-lasting and more visible fix would be the hot oil treatments others suggested.

Rinsing your hair with cold water when you wash it will close all the cuticles and make your hair healthier, deep condition, resist using any type of heat on it, do that for a few months and if you want colour it with a gentle hair dye, like an ammonia free one.
