I never really have had black heads until a few years ago and they have always really grossed me out. I try to keep my skin really clean though. I go to to the dermatologist, take pills and everything. I have even used the black head strips but I seem to have so many black heads lately. They're all over my nose and on my chin! I try not to pop them but I don't know what to do about them...

Actually the only way to get rid of them fully is to extract (aka pop) them. I do extractions all the time on people at school just make sure u drink plenty of water because they will come out a lot easier and use an exfoliator before hand to help get off some of the dead skin that's keeping the icky stuff in there. And make sure to be sanitary when u do it use gloves and tissues (your fingernails are one of the dirtiest things so if u don't you'll just be putting more dirt and debris back into the follicle) when you squeeze all the stuff out use the tissue and wipe down and away so it doesn't get trapped into another follicle. After your done use something with salicylic acid in it because its an anti inflammatory and antiseptic so it'll rush into the follicle and clean it out and keep it from getting more in it. Don't ever pop any white heads because you can actually cause the follicle to blow out under ur skin and spread the acne but blackheads are fine to pop I do it all the time :) extractions are actually my favorite haha I love squeezing the shit out of people's noses and seeing a bunch of them squirt out at once.

If you go get a facial I'm sure they'll take care of them all for u I haven't yet met one esthetician who doesn't like doing extractions lol it's like a requirement

Are you sure they're blackheads and not just sebaceous filaments? A lot of people mistake the enlarged pores on their nose caused by naturally ovcurring sebaceous filaments for blackheads. Sebaceous filaments are usually very small and all over your nose, while blackheads are larger, appear in isolation, and have a more noticeable black cap. If you squeeze a sebaceous filament, you will see skin cells and oil come out in a white mixture called sebum. This is a natural, harmless compund that helps keep your skin mousturized. When a blackhead is extracted, it will be noticeably black, at least at the top. There is nothing you can do to get rid of nose sebum, but different products that help to keep oil under control can keep the sebum from building up as much and will make the filaments less visible.

Baking soda and water work best for me too. It's not the best solution if you have sensitive skin. Make sure to moisturize afterwards.

I've actually heard that Baking Soda and MILK is supposed to work really well, the Lactic Acid is supposed to help in getting rid of them somehow, GOODLUCK!
