It's not the best thing but as long as you have a good moisturizer it'll be okay.

I always like my water hot, but it's not good for you, it's a well known fact that by showering in cold water will help tighten your skin and help reduce cellulite ;)

It dries out your hair, I like hot showers too. Cold water gives your hair shine and closes up your hair follicles so no dirt gets in

Really hit showers just strip your skin of it's natural oils that help keep your skin moisturizer. Try lowering the temp just a tad (:

i recommend taking a contrast shower at the end ! alternating between hot and cold water will encourage your blood flow and you will get toned skin, feel fresh but still take a hot shower. the cold water makes your hair shine. (but nevertheless the hot water damages especially your hair) and by the way, a contrast shower is ways more effective to reduce cellulite than using only cold water ;)

The alternating hot cold will move stagnant interstitial body fluids back into the lymph system to remove toxins from the body. It's great.
