Skin products for redness around nose?

I got redness on my face, especially around my nose, anyone know of any makeup that will conceal it or any skin products to prevent it? X

I'm a mary kat fan. I had red cheek but the facial wash I use from MK reduced redness.

I've had redness around my nose and jaw. I use Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer. I'm not an Aveeno fan but this has worked wonders for me...
