How to make hair grow thicker?

You can't really make your hair grow "thicker". Both the diameter of the shaft and how many hairs you have on your head is genetically predetermined. You can puff it up around the shaft by using a thickening cream, make the overall appearance thicker with a volumizer, and you can try to prevent individual hairs from breaking off or falling out unnecessarily, but that's it.
