This app has quick workouts for different areas of the body like legs, arms, stomach, butt and cardio. There's a full version but I think there's a lot of good stuff in this free version. The reviews are all pretty good. I'm going to start using it after I get back from vacation. I've had this app installed quite a few times though when I was trying to start working out.

I use the same app as Caitlin M. Also, if you have on demand (comcast) you can get workout videos. Try pinterest, it has some great fitness ideas! I have posted some gods workout tips. My name on pinterest is emily bell and my profile picture is my dog. Check out my board for some tips:)

Try MyFitnessPal. There's an app for it. It'll tell you how long it'll take you to lose weight, it'll track your meals, workouts, and it'll give a you a daily recommended calorie intake so you can lose the weight.

if your trying to burn fat do a lot of running. i use to be a lil overwieght and startes running every night, i would just run further each night and i lost a lot of wieght.

I don't see a problem with her wanting to get in shape....even if she is 16 and going through puberty. Working out and being in shape is good for everyone if they choose to do it.

Eat a healthier diet and only drink water and real fruit juices. Hit the gym about 3 times a week or get involved in a sport or activity.
