I think blue eyeshadow is 80's enough to make me cringe. I've never seen a single, solitary person it looked good on, regardless of how it's done. That's my personal opinion though.

Blue can be a bit hit and miss. I've seen some looks where it was gorgeous and others where it just didn't work in my opinion. I think it usually looks great with brown eyes though. And I usually like it a bit darker like in this photo.

I live blue - always have. You just need to tidy up a bit is all. A blue tight line makes the whites look whiter.

It's hard for me to see how your makeup really looks fro that pic. I'm adventurous when it comes to makeup, but I think this look is only good for a night out, and even then you have to be careful with how you pull it off. I've done a little bit of cobalt powder as eyeliner during the day, but I keep the rest of my makeup, eye makeup and otherwise, light in those cases.
