Purity Made Simple from Philosophy is gentle but cleans very well. I use it with a silicone scrubber from Sephora to exfoliate too. Cetaphil is a good one too that's more affordable. I can't recommend anything for the scarring though. I like hope in a jar moisturizer too.

Clarisonic. I have combo/sensitive skin, and mild rosacea on my cheeks. My clarisonic had helped so much, I was afraid it'd make it worse but complete opposite. I use Burt's bees and Kiehls face wash daily for acne control. Mud and mineral masques can really clear up acne- and for the dullness, moisturize. I love banila brand moisturizers and brightening primers.
They're Korean but I'd recommend moisturize and shiny primers :)

Cetaphil is good, too, they make a sensitive skin face wash. If you have oily skin, try philosophy's hope springs eternal- hope in a jar is nice but hope springs eternal sprays on like water. I use it in the morning so I don't get greasy and then banila sleeping pack at night

I have rosacea and pale skin. I used the clarasonic for years. Great at first, then my skin became horrible. I am on month 3 of no longer using and my skin is so much better. I started using LUSH products with great success. I love the celestial and imperialas moisturizers. Something about going a more natural route has worked wonders.

Cetaphil! I love it. Try to get products that are fragrance free if u are super sensitive. Exfoliate every couple days(not too harsh) for the acne. Olay daily complete moisturizer has zinc in it, which helps heal pigmentation and dark marks/ scars. Also, examine your diet that might help as well. I don't eat too healthy but I take a multi-vitamin to replenish my deficiency in nutrients. Hope this helps!! ;)
