Use honey in your conditioner and let it work for some minutes. For the oily scalp, I would just continue not washing your hair every day, and let the hair get used to not being washed all the time.

Try maybe deep conditioning or Co washing your hair focusing on the ends so that you can retain your hairs natural moisture

I have the same thing going on. I've been using a leave in conditioner on my dry ends only, and dry shampoo on my crown as needed. I'm using Purology Strength Cure leave in, but there are tons of good ones out there. The heat and humidity of Summer is causing the oiliness for me, I think.

Use a balancing shampoo. Those are made for oily scalps. Also use a moisturizing conditioner only on your ends. You could also use a mask every so often

I heard a hair stylist saying that oil scalp needs to be shampoo everyday and wash the rest of the hair only with conditioner. also you could apply baby powder (with a makeup brush) on your scalp.

Your scalp is more then likely over producing oil to make up for its dryness. just like your face would. start with washing every other day and using a dry shampoo on the days you don't wash, or better yet, just do a pony tail. your scalp will eventually adjust to not being washed everyday and return to normal. make sure you deep condition about once a week. I really like olive oil. it helps restore moisture and is usually already in your pantry. apply scalp to ends and leave on for as long as you would like. make sure you wash off because you don't want olive oil head. try a leave in conditioner for the ends. your hair is just screaming for moisture and with a little tlc it will go back to normal :-)
