Yeah I agree with Alyx T. it looks like a small cut and I wouldn't touch or remove the piercing and just do a salt water rinse.

Ok thank you so much! I was freaking out a little! my yogurt had nuts in it so it coukd very well be a cut!

Do sea salt rinses and don't touch it. Don't take the jewelry out. It could just be a tiny cut, it doesn't look like an infection or anything. Just do sea salt rinses and treat it like a cut in your cheek.

It looks like a blister type of thing? Is it surrounding your  ring?

To me it looks almost like a blood blister if you can even get one on your tongue

Ok so I was just eating some yogurt when I noticed that my tongue started to mildly hurt so I looked in tge mirror and saw this it doesn't hurt bad at all just like a little sore the picture makes it look bad it actually is pretty small but uh what is it and how dp I make it go away?!
