Hey Ladies,
Recently my skin has done a complete 180 and it has been breaking out like crazy!! I haven't changed anything in my routine so I'm pretty sure it's from stress. I had this for about 2-3 weeks now and I've tried everything and anything I could to get rid of it. I really would hate to have to go to the dermatologist so I'm hoping y'all can help me out. Do you guys have any tips/tricks or product recommendations that you think would help?

I love the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask! I used to have really bad acne so I feel your pain. This has helped me so much. It's about $4:00 and I just use it twice a week.

Plus, your skin can get used to the products you use so if you haven't switched up your skincare in a bit I recommend doing that!

Here are some tips that have helped me
-drink loads of water and cut out sugary drinks and soda from your diet
-wash your face with a face wash with either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it
-moisturize your skin
-spot treat (my HOLY GRAIL spot treatment is dr Lin acne spot correcter, available at Walmart for under $5)
-change your pillow cases
- avoid touching areas with acne
-don't wear face makeup when you don't need to
-remove all makeup before sleeping with a wipe tabs then wash with a face wash

If it appeared out of nowhere there could be loads of reasons, but I think the safest thing to do is to go to the dermatologist :)
