I used a hair mask last night, would it be ok to do one tonight as well? Also do you have any diys for a mask to make my hair frizz free, soft and shiny? My hair is healthy but whenever I leave it down it becomes very frizzy.

No. Too much moisture is bad for the hair. Only do it once a week or so, and even then only if your hair is dry. You should alternate between moisture and protein masks. For frizz, use an oil after you're done styling with heat. Putting it on before heat styling is basically deep frying it.

Have you tried any hot oil treatments? They do wonders for frizz.
My favorite is the Hydratherma Naturals Oil... it comes with a blend of oils and you only need very little.
Beauty Supply stores also sell some decent hot oil treatments.. I'd check them out.

Alyx T I put my argan oil leave in treatment immediately after shampooing/conditioning and before drying and using my G3 Salon pro flat iron and I find that it protects my hair from heat damage and does not fry it.
I agree with Hailey P's suggestion to use argan or coconut oil. My preference will always be for argan, not oily and lovely gentle smell not in your face and it can be left in.

If you have straight hair then do a hot oil treatment (find a lot of options in Sally Beauty Supply). They do help with frizz and leave the hair shiny, soft. The only downside is that, in my experience, it made my hair straight for 2 months when it's naturally wavy (2c)
