I love the Oxy or First Aid Beauty Blemish pads- they're soaked in an acne treatment, and when my skin is being bad, I switch out my toner for those! Also, in the summer you can get away with washing your face 3 times a day, so I would try washing your face after lunch with a gentle cleanser

Try steaming your face before putting on acne products, it opens up our pores which really helps! You can steam your face by turning on the hot water in the sink. Make sure the drain is plugged, fill up your sink with hot water, get a damp towel, lean your face over the sink, put the towel over our head and wait for about 10 min. Then put on your acne cream! I hope this helps:)

Have you tried exfoliating or applying clay masks once or twice a week. Adding products to a skincare regimen can sometimes make your acne worst. When I'm sticking to my normal skincare and beauty routine but have unexpected breakouts, I do a reset. My reset consists of thoroughly washing my bed sheets, deep wash/condition my hair, a soft peel or clay mask, more water than I can bare, and then I stick to a simple routine for skincare for about a week: cleanser, toner, eye cream, acne clearing gel, moisturizer. The acne clearing gel that has been doing wonders for me lately is the AHA/BHA by Peter Thomas Roth.
Hope this helps and good luck.

I like Brooke B's suggestion of steaming. When your face is dry apply some organic tea tree cream (a n antiseptic cream from Holland & Barrett) using a clean cottonwool bud for each area. This worked for both my kids when they were going through this spotty stage.
