A vitamin C serum to lighten the scars and a separate moisturiser for night and day- night is more hydrating and thick and day is lighter and has SPF. I started doing this and I swear it changed my skin

*Something to remove makeup (be cautious of makeup remover wipes, many contain a high alcohol content.. not all though) I like to use Dermalogica precleanse
*A cleanser, is used after your first cleanse to remove makeup
*exfoliant.. I prefer a chemical exfoliant most of the time but there's manual as well
*masque to be used about twice a week. I like to use a masque meant for my skin condition, not skin type. I have dehydrated skin at times so I like to use a hydrating or a calming one for my redness
*serum
*day & night moisturizer
*spf
*toner.. this is used to balance your skins pH level which is very important because if it's off you're more susceptible to skin conditions

Depending on your price range I'd be happy to suggest products for you. If you're new to a whole skincare regimen I'd suggest buying a kit which will have a small size of most things you need, or all depending on which one it is.

Sorry I sent that too fast, and then you can purchase smaller bottles of anything I mentioned that's not in the kit and see how that works for your skin. Someone with the exact same skin type & conditions as you may have great results with certain products & they may not be very helpful for you so it can be a lot of trial and error, but you want to give it enough time to see if it works as well. Once you're knowledgeable on your skin and it's needs it'll be easier for you to find products that'll be beneficial to you.

I have dry and sensitive skin too and get acne. I started to use the fresh soy face cleanser and within a week my face got much better. It doesn't dry out the skin but it cleared up my breakouts.
