I had this recently. I used a neutral toned light blonde box dye over the top and then I've just been using a purple shampoo which helps to tone out a lot of the brassy tones. I usually leave the shampoo in my hair for about 3 minutes and it really helps to neutralise it.

Tone it. Look for a violet/blue based toner. You can find tutorials for toning blonde hair on YouTube. Don't use an ash dye, as it has a green base, and can turn your ends back green. Also you're just layering colour on colour. Toner is the way to go.
