you should do what you think is good for you but in my opinion, you are pretty with your actual hair :)

I think you should stay with the cut you have; I don't mean to sound mean, but I have similar wavy thick hair, and I've had it short before intending a cute pixie cut, but it was often just frizzy or afro like. Do what you want, but know if you don't straighten your hair everyday it won't look how you want it. And keep in mind once you wash your hair and it goes wavy it will be shorter.

They generally recommend that you gradually change your hair style to ensure you won't have regrets. When going that short, long hair years away unless you opt for extensions. If you slept on it and still want the pixie, go for it :)

Don't go by a picture alone, a pixie may be short but a lot of upkeep to keep it looking great... You have to look at your face shape. A pixie may look to widen your jaw line as your face will become the major focal point after not your hair, also consider if you don't like it, the growing out process is a very loooong process. Extensions are expensive if you don't like your short hair... My advice is gradual cuts if you can handle that then go for it.. Pixies are darling! But be prepared for DAILY upkeep as your looking to leave it long in front...

If you look at the pic you like, your eyes immediately go to her lip an chin area.. Talk to your stylists again an ask her why she advised against it...

Taaz! It's an app that allows you to upload your pic and try several diff hair styles including a pixie then you will see what it looks like on you

I think you would look way better with long hair that's shaped, or maybe shoulder length. Its looks better with your face shape. But do whatever makes you feel good!
