Okay so I don't have an ac and I was wondering if this will help or hurt my skin.

I don't have AC either, lol. It doesn't really affect my skin because I have a bunch of fans all around my house

Some people break out because of sweaty skin! So if that's the case just make sure to take extra care

Just keep hydrated. Your skin might get a bit red if you're overheated, but it won't get damaged. Having a few fans around the house helps too. If you're sweating a ton, pull your hair back and keep it off your face. I have an AC, but it's way too expensive to run it everyday and night. This is what I do to keep cool.

Just make sure if you sweat you shower regularly and wash your face but I don't see how being hot can hurt our skin(:

It depends on your location. Sweat causes me to breakout so having no A/C in somewhere like Texas or anywhere with summers that are hot like that are bad for my skin. However, in places like Europe, A/C isn't very common because it doesn't really get hot and my skin is perfectly fine in Europe :)
