No meaning to either that I'm aware of. I have both left and right nostrils pierced because asymmetry bugs me. Whether its left, right, or both it's whatever you think looks good!

I personally want my right nostril pierced, but honestly, it doesn't really matter. Just, in my opinion, if you want more piercing don't get them all on the same side of your face. If that makes sense. That's just what I think.

I'd say get it on your "good side". What side do you show most in pictures? Do you have bangs? Get it on the opposite side of your bangs. Just the side you show off more lol. Like mine is on my right, because I've always felt that was my better side.

R T is right that's how I decided mine the first time. I got mine on the left same side I usually part my hair and take my selfies. I'm changing it to a hoop and getting the other side pierced too though.

I would get mine on the right if I was right handed or vis versa. I feel like it would be easier to take it out or clean it or whatever. I got my left ear pierced so that I was taking care of it with my right hand and it made it way easier because my left hand is so uncoordinated

^ I'm right handed but I got my left pierced.
I cleaned it with both my hands so there wasn't any problems what so ever.

Do you have any other piercings on or around your face? I'm only asking because it would probably be best to pierce the side with the least amount of piercings. Keep things even. I would never get my nose or my face pierced. However I do have my conch and tragus pierced, as well as my second lobes slightly stretched. I'm taking a break and letting these heal before I get another.
