My nails are exactly the same and I use two different nail soaks recently and they really work and it made my nails stronger the 1st soak I used was: 1/2 bowl of water, olive oil (I just used a random amount), 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 clove of garlic and I made two of these in two different bowls and let my nails soak in it for about an hour.

The 2nd soak is:
1/2 an orange per bowl, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil

I really can't tell you anything but my nails grow really fast and my nails are thin to but I use a help thicken polish but you can't really use any kind of help thicken your nails.
