Definitely check out ulta! There are a few brands they carry that sephora doesn't.

I agree with ULTA and really any drugstore and/or makeup counter at a department store (like Macy's) would be good depending on your budget.

Any drugstores. Oh and just so you know the Sephora or any stores in Time Square close at midnight. Yes shop til you drop. Lol. I went there last year and omg I've never seen stores close at midnight.
