I obviously don't have perfect skin, I have acne and I found that coconut oil is perfect for my skin it moisturizes and is an antibacterial oil! I use coconut oil for everything! Hair, skin, nails, teeth whitening, etc.😊 that is my holy grail beauty product😃

With coconut oil I just get it at the grocery store I don't know what brand I get 😋 but I apply it at night and by the morning it has my skin baby smooth. Usually I only put it on overnight not in the day. But it is a good tanning oil and has a natural spf of 4😜

Omg I get rashes al the time- I feel you. Stop using all retinol/retinoid creams in the summer, because they increase skin sensitivity and cause more rashes, burns and more. I use diaper rash ointment to make my rashes go away lol. I also use a teensy bit with my moisturiser as sun protection. This has improved my skin soooo much I definitely recommend it
