I know that hair growth depends on genetics, but are there any quick tips on speeding up the process a bit? I've been trying to grow it out for a couple months but I can't see much of a difference. 😢

For healthy hair: don't use heat, make sure you don't skip on brushing your hair, use oils such as almond oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, massage your scalp with castor oil everyday for at least 5 minutes

Also use a good shampoo and conditioner and don't shampoo your hair often
