I have really oily hair. I will showers at night and when I wake up my hair is oily. I also have really thin hair. Any ideas of why my hair is so oily and what I can do for my thin hair.

My hair is oily too and I find that washing it in the morning keeps the oil at bay at least until night time! I also notice my hair is oilier when I wash it every day so I wash it every other day and it evens out within a week.

Only shampoo the roots of your hair and when you rinse it, the shampoo will trickle down and clean the rest without stripping your hair of all the oils. The only part of your hair that really gets oily is the roots. Then only condition the bottom, the part you didn't shampoo. My hair feels so much better since switching to this method
