Lol no, I'm used to wearing flats all the time and if I wear heels I'd only wear them for special occasions and they are not that high and thin. I'd probably fall and twist my ankles if I wore those haha

I can only walk in tall heels and the higher the better for me, although I haven't worn any that tall. With my ballet training (meaning I'm used to being on the ball of my foot like that) I don't think I would have any problem walking in those.

I love heels, I wear them whenever I go out or for dinners, and I'm like alexis where I walk on the ball of my feet, but they're just a pain and I'm always walking places, I haven't found a brand that'd comfortable for long wears. My mom wears shoes like that on a daily basis. It's crazy. She goes shopping in 6" heels without any issue. She's almost 45 and has been wearing heels my entire life. Seeing her in flats is a bizarre rare occasion lol.
