Heyy everyone :) for the past year I've been struggling with acne. It kept coming and going. I tried everything from deep cleansing masks to creams. I've always drunk a lot of water so that didn't really matter much but recently I found out that everytime I drink milk I get pimples. The more milk the worse it gets. I've stopped consuming milk I might it a small piece of cheese or use some butter but otherwise I don't consume diary. And it's helped a lot. I've gone nearly a month without milk and my skin is better than ever. I do have pigmentation/scaring from the acne and I'm aware that it'll take a while to fade but otherwise there is not a single pimple on my face. Its smooth and soft! Maybe it'll help some of you guys. Try not consuming diary for a while and see if your skin changes.
I've been using a gentle cleanser to wash my face and use Alkmene Teatreeoil cream every morning under my makeup.
Have a wonderful day xoxo

Good luck Appi :) try substituting milk with soja milk if you're a coffee freak like me or maybe try tea. I'm inlove with matcha. And instead of eating joghurt as a snack try eating nuts, fruits and oatmeal crackers.

That's great! I don't really have acne, but then again I don't eat a lot of dairy as is and water is my favorite drink. I wonder why dairy products would cause such a reaction 😕 Appi, you could also substitute milk for almond milk. It's lactose and dairy free! Just another substitute I thought I'd share (;

Katelyn Milk has lots of hormones. Normally only children drink it. It's good for growth etc. but we as we get older we don't really need it.
