Tends to look better for night though or when the temp is cool.

I wear tons of crazy colored and dark lips and I like to keep the eyes simple so that the lips are the main focus. Try a skin tone shadow on the lid, a slightly darker shade in the crease, and a lighter shade to highlight with black liner in the waterline (the liner is optional but I love black rimmed eyes) or you could do a copper/bronze/neutral shade all over the lid (:

When I do it, I do something simple and brightening on the eyes, and I will put on a little more blush than usual so I don't look washed out. Usually more highlighter too, I think the contrast between dark lips and bright cheeks and light cheekbones is beautiful. I wish I had a picture!

Ok so looking at your profile pics/all of your pics I would say maybe sleek back your hair into a high ponytail maybe rough around the edges with a few strands of hair hanging. Put on some eyeliner and really define your brows and make them on fleek 😂lol and wear the black lip. For clothes maybe wear a black leather jacket with a cute jumpsuit with some booties.
