I've recently purchased L'oreal BB powder to set my makeup and I've been happy with it. It is very fine milled, sheer color (no flash ack), and keeps controls little oil.

I had a makeup artist once tell me that to avoid flashback, use a skintone powder as opposed to a translucent or white powder. I don't know if its true or not. But you should also consider if its your foundation or concealer that is causing the flashback.
