Urban decays matte range is brilliant, sefinatwly not drying. mac have some great mattes too but are a little more drying than UD.

I agree with the Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipsticks! I love matte lipsticks and don't mind if they're more on the dry side so I can't really suggest anything else other than that (:

I like the nyx matte lipsticks - but they don't last super long but the colors are vibrant and cool - if I use a lip stain with it then the color lasts longer from the stain.

Maybelline creamy mattes and mac matte lipsticks. Love both formulas and I don't find mac's matte formula too drying on me I usually wear some lipbalm beforehand :-)

I have one from revlon super lustrous line and it's long lasting, doesn't dry my lips out and also doesn't make my lips look bad when I wear it.

I like the Inglot lip crayons. they are matte but don't dry out your lips. plus they stay on forever and are really affordable

The kvd liquid lipsticks sold at Sephora are my favorite, and mac has great mattes as well although they tend to be drying so I use urban decay ultimate ozone pencil underneath (:
