Best Teeth Whitening Products?

I've made it a goal to whiten my smile and was wondering what were some good products to do that? I don't mind something a bit pricey as long as I can easily get it shipped to Canada. Preferably something that's not really damaging on the teeth.

Charcoal pills! smoosh them up and apply them to your teeth brushing with a toothbrush :) seriously, youtube it!

When I started using arm&hammer advance white tooth paste my teeth were noticeably whiter. Nothing compared to an actual whitening product, but I suggest using that tooth paste with a whitening product. The baking soda in it is awesome for teeth!

Les, there was a comment that got deleted saying just use baking soda as a toothpaste. That's why shaye said it, but it got deleted. Baking soda in toothpaste is fine but not by itself. I was going to say it but she beat me to it.
