So, I just got this new skirt from Francesca's and I have no idea what shirt I can wear with it. I really like the bow in front but I have no idea why would look good with it. Like accessories, makeup, shirt, ect.

Wow, it's so cute! I'd probably wear that with a cream top, a flowing brown cardigan, and sable boots with buckles. I think this eye look might look nice!

Boots and tights would be cute for sure...although the right flats could work. I'd pair a cami with a cardi and keep it comfortable. With camis, the neckline can leave you prone to chilly weather, so I sometimes incorporate a light scarf and slightly relaxed jacket that tapers along the waist without being restrictive.
