Why do powder foundations make me break out?

So I love powder foundations cause they take only 5 seconds and your skin looks amazing but my problem is that they always make my forehead break out in those little baby acne bumps. I have used the loreal one first but thought it was just that it was loose, so I tried the neutrogena pressed powder foundation, but that one too made my forehead break out. Does anyone know what is going on/could suggest any powder foundations that won't break me out? Thanks!

Hey Chloe! Sometimes powder foundation have TALC in it like the previous respondent have mentioned. I am very very sensitive to talc and it is just like you said tiny baby acne bumps. I have to be careful to use talc free contour blush bronze and highlight. The powder that has never failed me is bare minerals original foundation! It's an oldie but a goodie. I use the veil to lastly finish my makeup also. They last VERY long so I think it is very well worth the money. They have a starter kit for 20 dollars that include the powder foundation, concealer, and a mini veil and mini brushes!
