Zoeva is great quality for a affordable price! They do cost more then the other brands you mentioned but to me they are worth every penny!

I second Morphe! The service is amazing, the quality is great and they have a wide variety of brushes and bristle types. The face brushes can get a little pricey(think like... 15$) but they're face brushes and that is to be expected. Mannymua has a Morphe code as well as Kathleenlights. Both of them have great codes(:
