The elf powder is okay a lot cooler in tone but it's the wax that is veeeeery warm. If you like a pencil the nyx brow pencils work really well and the taupe superfine pencil is beautiful.

NYX has this liquid/cream one in a tube. It's just called "Brow Gel" they have 4-5 shades and very waterproof.
There's a shade called Brunette which is quite neutral/ashy whereas chocolate is more reddish

Eyelure has really nice brow kit and the one in "blondes" has an ashy taupe in it, maybe give it a go :)
