What are your favorite moisturizers? I'm using Ponds for dry skin but it's very thick and I feel like it just puts oil into my skin. Clogs my pores! What do you guys use? 😊

My apartment is bone dry and I started using jojoba oil which I bought for makeup removal. It might be a little greasy, however my skin is so moisturized.

I love Lush's Vanishing Cream, a little goes a LONG way. I have oily skin and it does make me go oily and gross.

I second Lisa's suggestion on CeraVe. Very gentle on dry skin and won't clog pores. The cream is heavier and moisturizers more than the lotion. I own both and switch between them depending on how my skin is acting up.

What is your price range? I used Cerave, Clinique moisture surge intense, Origins Ginzing and many others. But none of them beats Josi Maran products. This brand is amazing for my skin. I have normal to dry skin. It makes my skin glow and healthy. Plus I use my Clarisonic when washing. So I guess it helps. This works for me. But maybe for some it didnt.

I'm on team CeraVe. They offer a few varieties so you can alternate between thickness for your needs. The pump varieties are very light and absorb quickly. Very gentle on both skin and the wallet. I also am a Jojoba fan like Fifi. It is one of several oils I use in my skin care.

I like CeraVe, but I've recently got into the Paula's Choice line. I'm using the Skin Balancing: Oil Reducing Cleanser, followed by the Skin Balancing: Pore Reducing Toner. After my face is dry, I apply Resist: Super-Light Daily Wrinkle Defense SPF 30 lotion. I love that it contains a physical sunscreen (zinc oxide), and is not in the least bit oily or shiny. I've been using the line about a month, and I've noticed my skin has become MUCH smoother, softer, and elastic. I turn 30 next year (ugh!), so I thought it was finally time to start taking care of my skin like an adult :)

Clinique's daytime revitalizing moisturizer is great! No sunscreen though.

I use CeraVe when my skin is not super dry but in the cold dry months I require intense moisture so lately my fave combo is Josie Maran light argan oil (or I sometimes switch it up with Ole Henriksen truth booster oil) followed by embryolisse lait creme concentre.

So, I have this whole routine I do at night time and in the morning - I'm older (I'll be 47 in a few weeks), and keeping my skin moisturized and hydrated is VERY important!! After I wash my face and use my toner, I dab on a very tiny bit of organic, pure coconut oil (I used the Trader Joe's variety) and make sure to rub it in all over to get it absorbed. THEN, I follow that up with a tiny bit of vegetable Crisco. Yup, that's right - CRISCO. it's a "secret" going way, way, back! My skin is soft and supple, and my makeup goes on so much better! Can't beat the price, either...just sayin'!
