We lose about 100+ strands of hair everyday, which is normal. If you're experiencing thinning or bald spots because of how much hair you're losing then see a doctor as soon as possible.

There's no miracle product or technique that'll make your hair grow thicker or faster as both are based on genetics and you can't change genetics. Just take care of yourself and your hair.

It sounds like you need a blood panel. Alexis is right that it is time to see the doc if the loss is that severe. Often it is an indication of a Vitamin deficiency or Endocrine irregularity, such as the thyroid. They can provide you with answers and medication if necessary. If the panel is fine, your next step should be to see a derm specializing in the hair and scalp. In the meantime, be sure to include plenty of iron, B vitamins, Omega 3 and Vitamin D in your diet. Pick up a wet brush to be gentle on you our hair and avoid heat tools. I'd sleep with it wrapped to protect my ends. You can get them at a beauty supply store. A silken, non binding scrunchie in a loose bun may also help while sleeping. It will give you nice waves without heat which is a bonus.
I'd phone my physician and book that appointment. Best of luck to you.

If your picking it out by clumps and or handfuls then see a doctor asap. if it's less than that like a few dozen strands then its fine.

Try rubbing caster oil in the roots og your hair and leave it on for maybe and 1 hour or longer and then have a shower it'll thicken the roots and ull have less fall out.
