It looks like a basic smoky eye to me, just with brown instead of black, and it looks like she has a little eyeliner on too. I can't think of one specifically, but check your local drugstore for a trio or quad that have a medium and dark brown and highlight shades. Then just follow the basic steps of a smoky eye! After primer, set it with translucent powder or a powder that matches your skin tone to make blending easier. Then take the medium brown shade and place it in your crease and just above, to act as a transition for your lid color. Then pack the darker brown on your mobile lid and blend the edges into your transition color, you may have to repeat this step a few times to achieve the depth and "smokiness" you want. Then add the highlight shade on your browbone. And smoky eyes don't usually have liner, but it looks like she has some on in the photo, so you can take an eyeliner pencil and sort of wiggle it between the roots of your lashes to get the same effect. The most important thing to remember about a look like this is that it's ALL in the blending. If you don't think it looks quite right, blend some more. Even when you think you're done, blend some more for good measure lol. Good luck!

Smashbox's "Full Exposure" palette has a great selection of matte and metallic browns, blacks, and greys. If you don't have $52 to shell out for the full palette, there is a travel size version available that is basically a streamlined version of the full size. Birchbox carries both. The travel size version is $20.
