Navy Blue Liquid or Gel Eyeliner?

I can't find one anywhere! I looked into Benefit's new push up liner in blue but it wasn't opaque at all, very disappointing!

Does anyone know of a good navy liquid liner (preferably in a pen form rather than a pot and brush) that's opaque in one swipe?

I believe Urban Decay Liquid Retrograde Liners may have a color you'll dig. A Google image search brings up a ton of swatches.

Urban decay has a couple of blues in their 24/7 liquid liners. I bought a few from Nordstrom rack the other day for only $6 and they are also on sale for that price on UD's website. I love how small the brush is, it makes application very easy and I am usually terrible with liquid liner. Also lasts all day for me until I wash it off, no smudging or flaking. Here's a pic I found on Google of some of their shades:
