I don't really care for BB creams so I can't really give you a great idea for one, but out of all the ones I've tried, I'd say Bobbi Brown was the best. No, moisturizer is not needed with the bb cream.

I really love Dr. Jart BB cream ( in the black plasticky tube ) it gave me the best coverage of all the ones I've tried but I still mix it with a foundation :)

I use too faced. And it's not true that you never need moisturizer with bb cream. Some, sure, if you're in a hurry. But I disagree with skipping moisturizer anyway. There's no reason for it. You should skip PRIMER when you use a real bb cream. I say real bc drugstore bb creams are really just tinted moisturizer. They don't provide the skincare benefits a bb cream should, which is why I only recommend using a higher end one.
