But just wear what you feel comfortable and cute in, I know some people are going to come with sweats while some will look more like me.

Ah!! I'm going into 9th! Honestly, you don't need to overdo it. I simply wore a pair of skinny jeans with a more dressy top! I find that lots of girls wear skater skirts with a crop top that matched (obviously not too cropped)

As Shreya said, wear whatever you are comfortable in. No better way to make a good first impression than being yourself 😊

I remember my 8th grade year I wore plaid Bermuda shorts and a pink polo. If I were going to 8th grade today I'd probably wear a pair of skinny jeans, tank and kimono. It's just about being comfortable and showing your personality. I usually didn't wear my new outfits until the 2nd week because everyone wears theirs on the first week lol.

I'm going into 10th, and I'm planning on wearing a romper or dress, and some sandals. I personally love dressing up for school throughout the year, not only the first day, but that's just who I am. It makes me feel put together therefore more prepared for what my day has to throw at me. So yeah, whatever makes you feel amazing, wear it!

Future 8th graders represent.😃😃😃 it sucks bc I wear uniforms but just wear something that's cute and you, but if you would rather be comfortable throughout the year then I would start out kinda comfortable. There's a ton of ways to look cute and be comfy! Find your look and rock it.

When I went into 8th grade I had a huge idea of wearing cute outfits everyday, I'm graduated now. But looking back honestly 90% of the time I ended up wearing jeans and a tee. I recommend getting like a bunch of comfy cute jeans and some cuter slouchy tees/sweaters. I bought a bunch of cuter nicer clothes and always went for the comfy options, and always wish I'd boughten more tees and scarfs. Trust me haha.

I wore pjs everyday of my 8th grade year, but I went to online school. Before that I had uniforms...
In all honesty I would wear what your comfortable in. I'm going into 11th grade and I'll probably just wear black skinny jeans paired with a simple t shirt, like I wear everyday. If you have any special outfits you bought just for back to school I would wait until the 2nd week of school to wear them because everyone will wear their new clothes the first week and you won't stand out as much

I'm going into 10! except I'll be online schooled cause I hate school lol. you're going to probably want to go for the prettier clothes when you're back to school shopping and it's perfectly fine to get some but I strongly suggest focusing on comfier clothes like leggings, sweats, hoodies etc! because seriously I promise you that's all you're going to want to be wearing after like 2 weeks max hahaha.
