I want to get my ear pierced one more time buy I think I don't have space for it. I put red dots over my current ones so it's visible. What can I do?

I think you can definitely fit another piercing in there! Like the girls here, you can have it higher up! If you don't want to do that you can get your cartilage pierced or your inner ear pierced :)

You definitely could fit more.! I have 6 on my left ear ( two lobes, one on the middle of my cartilage, one at the top, one on my rook which is the bottom right picture in the second set of pictures that tessandra sent you, then I have my conch, which is the inside of your actual ear, my left ear I have the industrial, two lobes & the center cartilage as well, & I'm no where near done.! You definitely could fit more.😉

I'm a bit scared of the inner ones, I heard it hurts a lot it's even hard to put on earphones. I don't want a lot of pain -,-
I was thinking about industrial but I'm not sure yet.

Izel, the only ones that hurt if you put earphones in is if you pierce your tragus :) the rest shouldn't bother you at all.
