I don't own any of the naked palettes, but this is a little guideline to choosing the one for you:

naked 1: golds and bronze colors; looks great on blue eyes
naked 2: silver and grays; look great on brown eyes
naked 3: pink and purples; look great on green eyes

I think the third will look amazing on your eyes!! if you have really tan skin, you could also wear the first palette (: it's all which colors are your favorites! I started with drugstore eyeshadows to find out which colors I liked wearing best (: I have blue/green/gray eyes and I like wearing both golds and pinks.

I think Kat Von D has killer shadows. The Shade & Light is my fav nuetral choice. It is matte, but I can make shimmery with a UD primer.

(It costs less and the shadows are higher in pigment to me and glide on perfectly. I'm done buying Nakeds.

I don't own any of the naked palettes but I've heard great things about the original! Urban decay makes amazing eye shadows although they are pretty pricey. I think it's worth the money from what I've seen and heard.

If I were you, then I would go out and buy individual shadows that are found in the naked palette that you like, instead of buying the whole palette itself. Like instead of buying a $50 palette and only using 4 of the shades, spend $32 to buy only the shades you would use. I don't know if that makes sense but that's what I did. Hope this helped 😅
