That dress is adorable. I agree with black. I'd get some shimmery black shoes. Something that complements the dress and lets it be the star, but still stands out. I think the shoes shouldn't compete but still get exciting shoes. Happy birthday!

I think only black would go with it as if you wear any colours or gold then it will be a bit too much and clashy :)
